Your continued use of the Services following notification of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Account Registration & Verification

The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
Accuracy of Information
You are required to provide truthful and accurate information at all times. dhka7 relies on the information you provide to verify your identity, process payments, detect fraud, and fulfil our responsible gaming obligations. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any account balance.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dhka7 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. dhka7 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify dhka7 support immediately.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
dhka7 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and at any other time we deem appropriate for fraud prevention or responsible gaming purposes. KYC verification requires you to submit valid government-issued photo identification and proof of your registered address. Documents accepted include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of address may be satisfied by a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence.
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by dhka7 may result in the temporary restriction of your account and the suspension of withdrawal facilities until verification is completed. dhka7 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending successful verification.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the dhka7 platform. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, dhka7 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the dhka7 platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). dhka7 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on dhka7 is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your account balance in real time. dhka7 does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges. You are solely responsible for any fees charged by your bank or mobile financial services provider.
All funds deposited into your dhka7 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members or friends — are strictly prohibited and will be subject to investigation and potential refund to the source.
Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed by the dhka7 payments team during standard processing hours. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers may take between one and three business days depending on the receiving institution.
Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed full KYC verification as described in Section 3. dhka7 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point during the withdrawal review process. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your verified dhka7 account details.
Currency and Transaction Policy
dhka7 operates exclusively in BDT. There are no currency conversion fees applied by the platform. Your account balance is displayed and maintained in Bangladeshi Taka at all times. dhka7 is not responsible for any exchange rate losses if your bank or mobile wallet provider converts currency in connection with a transaction on your end.

Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on dhka7 content;

dhka7's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your dhka7 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude dhka7's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
The dhka7 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or completeness of the platform or its content. Amendments & Termination
dhka7 reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, dhka7 will provide notice to registered players by email to the address associated with their account and/or by publishing a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the dhka7 platform following notification of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and submit a request to close your account. Any account balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the payment terms in effect at that time, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.
Account Closure by the Player

Upon receiving a closure request, dhka7 will process any remaining withdrawable balance to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe. dhka7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation. Where an account is closed by dhka7 due to a breach of these Terms, dhka7 reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation and, where applicable, to refund deposits to their original payment source.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to dhka7 customer support for internal resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through internal channels, dhka7 will engage with the player in good faith to seek an amicable resolution.
